David is the Founder of Capilla del Valle Church.
David is the Third Assistant General Overseer of the Church of God.
David is the Field Director to Latin America of the Church of God World Missions.
David is an ordained minister at the Church of God.
David is on the Global Council of Empowered21, chaired by Billy Wilson (President of Oral Roberts University) and George O. Wood (Global Overseer of Assemblies of God).
David has Served in different boards and committees, such as the steering committee of the 4/14 Window Movement, the Strategy Working Group for the Lausanne Movement, and Compassion International.
David served as President at the Seminario Ministerial del Cono Sur (South Cone Ministerial Seminary of the Church of God) in 1986. He has taught courses on Christian Global Leadership, Narrative Preaching, Church Planting, and Practical Theology. The school relocated to Quito, Ecuador, where it became SEMISUD, Seminario Ministerial Sudamericano (Ministerial South American Seminary). David remained as president until 2006.
David is married to Maria Fernanda Snaidero Ramirez.
