Ishmael Charles

Ishmael is the Lead Pastor of the New Testament Church of God International Worship Center in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, with over 800 members.
Ishmael is the Administrative Bishop, Territorial Overseer and Caribbean Field Director of Church of God. He is also the Territorial Overseer of the British Virgin Islands, St. Kitts & Nevis, Dominica and Guadeloupe.
Ishmael is on The Church of God International Council of Eighteen at the Church of God denomination. In addition, Ishmael has served as a member of the Church of God World Missions Board for eight years. He has served in a number of other areas such as Youth Director, Missions Coordinator and Evangelism Director. Ishmael was elected at the 70^th General Assembly as a member of the International Executive Council of Eighteen. He is presently serving his second term on the International Council.
Ishmael is the one of the Speakers & Facilitators of the Caribbean Assembly of the Church of God.
Ishmael is Member of the Global Council of Empowered21, co-chaired by Billy Wilson (President of Oral Roberts University) and George O. Wood (Assemblies of God).
Ishmael is a graduate of Lee University and the Church of God Theological Seminary. In 1994 he was awarded Alumnus of the year from the Church of God Theological Seminary.
Ishmael is married to Patricia Charles, they have two children, Ishika and Ishroy.
