- Wayne is the Co-Founder and Elder of King of Kings Community Church in Jerusalem, Israel. Previously, Wayne served as Senior Pastor. King of Kings also hosts two other schools in their facilities – Kings School of Media and Yuval School of Music and the Arts. And his wife Ann has arranged and produced many Messianic worship artists and albums and continues to assist many songwriters and musicians in developing their gifts.

- Wayne has helped to plant three other Messiah-centered congregations throughout Israel.
- Under Wayne’s leadership, King of Kings purchased Jerusalem’s largest movie theater and transformed it into the Pavilion, a worship and conference center, as well as the Jerusalem Prayer Tower, located on the top floor of the same building.
- Wayne is the Founder and President of FIRM (Fellowship of Israel Related Ministries).
- Wayne is the Founder and President of Jerusalem Encounter.
- Wayne is the Co-founder and was the Academic Dean and Professor of Israel College of the Bible (ICB).
- Wayne is Member of ARC Churches Global.
- Wayne is Member of the Global Council and Executive Work Team of Empowered21, co-chaired by Billy Wilson (President of Oral Roberts University) and George O. Wood (Assemblies of God).
- Wayne is Co-Chair of the Middle East & North Africa Region for Empowered21.
- Wayne is Contributor to Jerusalem 2020, part of Empowered21.
- Wayne is Member of the board of advisors of International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ).
- Wayne is Member of the board of reference of Oral Roberts University (ORU).
- Wayne is a Board Member of Christian Friends of Magen David Adom.
- Wayne has invested much of his life in mentoring young Israeli leaders, many of whom are key leaders today in Israel.
- Wayne is married to Ann Hilsden, they have four sons.
